Community evening at Twickenham Riverside Project

Date posted 10-07-2026

MadiganGill Logistics team attended the Community Summer BBQ, hosted by our valued client, Kier Group, as part of the Twickenham Riverside project.

The event brought together local residents, councillors and members of the wider community, providing an excellent opportunity to discuss the progress of the project, answer questions and hear firsthand about the experiences of those living and working nearby.

We were delighted to receive positive feedback on our traffic management operations, with residents and local councillors recognising the minimal impact the works have had on the surrounding road network. During the evening, our team was also commended for its positive engagement with the public and its commitment to maintaining open, respectful communication throughout the project.

Tony Ball, Managing Director of MadiganGill Logistics & Principle Demolition Ltd, said:

"Building strong relationships with the communities we work in is a key priority for us. Our Traffic Marshals are often the face of a project and have the most interaction with the public, so their professionalism, communication and commitment to safety make a real difference every day."

At MadiganGill Logistics, all of our Traffic Marshals are Site Access Traffic Marshal (SATM) trained through the CLOCS (Construction Logistics & Community Safety) programme. This investment ensures our teams are equipped to the highest industry standards, enabling us to deliver safe, efficient traffic management while supporting positive relationships with the communities in which we work.

We would like to thank Kier Group for organising such a successful community event and everyone who attended. We look forward to continuing to support the Twickenham Riverside project and maintaining strong engagement with the local community.
